Protect Your Subconscious When Watching Movie

I had marvelous time watching Spiderman 3 with the fantastic group of SCG! It's really a blessing and privilege to be in this gang.

The movie makers had been doing a great job in graphics, cinematography, costumes and also great lessons in life. There are few major lessons in this show, but here's something that you may want to take note of so that your conscious mind can screen things through before going into subconscious mind.

One major thing that I would like to point out, that the producers may not even aware of is, the bad guys are rich. The Goblin and his son is super rich and they are the portrayed as villain of the movie. If I am not aware and this info goes into my subconscious without screening, there's a good chance that I will sabotage myself so that I stay poor and be the good guy. Probably just as poor as Peter Parker/Spiderman if my hero is Spiderman.

Secondly, super heroes have poor relationships in their love life most of the time. Remember that relationship is part living a fulfilling life. And in the movie, Spiderman always have problems with Mary Jane. Probably to add in the drama to spice up the show, but not knowingly, the writer is "telling" the movie goers that you may not have good relationships if you are good.

These two themes has been quite common for almost all the super hero movies like Batman can't seem to have a relationship with the girl he likes. Same for Superman with Louise Lane.

And the list goes on. I mean, of course we can enjoy the movie and the drama but just be aware of it. Because with awareness comes choices.

To do a candid check on myself, when I was little, my favourite was Superman, luckily. I said luckily because Superman has a supportive family. In my teenager years, I am quite clumsy, like Clark Kent I guess. I always seem to do something wrong, bump and break stuff, etc. etc. And I have big plastic spectacles like the one Clark wears. Hahaha. Looking back it's quite funny. But I am aware now, and I release this clumsiness and nerdy look.

That's so much about me and my super hero that I can relate to for the time being. So what's our super hero when little? Be aware...
